Pet Odor and Urination Problems
Urea, the bodily chemical contained in pet urine is a very difficult stain to remove. We suggest blotting it up as best as possible, leaving it alone and calling a professional carpet/upholstery cleaning technician. If treated improperly it may set to stain permanently.

First we will apply a deodorizer to the affected areas and let it settle for about 30 minutes. Finally, a unique sub-surface extraction tool is used to extract particles & odor, reaching deep into the carpet padding. - Severe Odor Treatment
This process involves pulling up the carpet in the affected area in order to clean the backing. Next the carpet padding is removed and the sub floor is treated. The carpet pad is replaced, and the carpet backing is treated with a special odor barrier.
